Project Manager - Development Application

We are partnering with our client, a progressive local government council in Sydney, to recruit a delivery-focused Project Engineer for their Roads and Stormwater Group. In this role, you will manage diverse capital works portfolios from design through to construction, transforming community needs into sustainable local infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery, scoping, design, and construction of civil, road, transport, and stormwater assets.
• Contract & Procurement: Prepare comprehensive contract documentation, manage external contractors, and conduct regular performance audits and post-project reviews.
• Financial Management: Track project expenditures, manage capital budgets, and identify and administer grant-funded infrastructure initiatives.
