Our Regional Main Contracting client has a new requirement for well experienced Project Manager to join their team in Dubai working on Civil Build and interior Fit Out projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Project Manager working on similar project typologies involving build and surrounding civil works in the UAE and have relevant contracting company background for recognised contracting companies previouslyThis role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed by our client.Key Responsibilities:Site supervision and design review,Project Coordination between disciplines and stakeholders to drive project deliveryLead the execution of base build and civil construction projects from design finalization to handover.Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution.Conduct regular site visits, monitor pr...
