Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager - Heavy Highway / Underground Utilities position include:

5+ years of relevant project management experience in heavy highway, underground utilities, water/sewer infrastructure, or union contractor environments.

Water line project experience required, with lead service replacement or municipal infrastructure experience highly preferred.
