The business has an exceptional track record in delivering high-quality industrial schemes across the UK and Europe, with a strong pipeline of projects at various stages of development. London (Hybrid: 4 days office/site, 1 day WFH)

Responsibilities

• Support development colleagues on all construction and technical aspects of acquisitions.


• Lead on project delivery from site acquisition through to completion (RIBA 1-7).


• Coordinate external consultants to secure planning and technical consents.


• Prepare tender documentation and oversee procurement.


• Administer construction contracts and manage agreements with occupiers and partners.
