Project Manager: Industry Competitiveness and Sustainability

Our client is recruiting for a Project Manager: Industry Competitiveness and Sustainability, responsible for leading the implementation of projects that are associated with enhancing the operational cost-effectiveness of the minibus taxi industry. These may include the introduction of projects that may lower the operating fuel costs of the industry by introducing access to alternative fuel sources and refuelling infrastructure. The role reports to the Head of Projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement the portfolio of approved projects based on the PMO’s project pipeline.
• Manage the project implementation lifecycle based on best-practice project management principles.
• Engage with the minibus taxi industry to plan and deploy the agreed-upon projects.
• Coordinate and manage the project’s cross-functional team and external subject matter experts as required from time to time.
