- PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Plan, organize, and oversee investment and process improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, project documentation, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
