Hospitality professional with 10–12 years of experience in hotel pre‐opening, project planning, vendor management, and compliance. Skilled in construction oversight, FF& E/OS& E procurement, licensing, and stakeholder coordination. Proven track record in launching hotels from greenfield to operations, with expertise in PMS/POS systems, budgeting, and government approvals. Strong in problem‐solving, adaptability, and cross‐functional communication, ensuring timely project delivery and operational excellence.
