Hospitality professional with 10–12 years of experience in hotel pre‑opening, project planning, vendor management, and compliance. Skilled in construction oversight, FF&E/OS&E procurement, licensing, and stakeholder coordination. Proven track record in launching hotels from greenfield to operations, with expertise in PMS/POS systems, budgeting, and government approvals. Strong in problem‑solving, adaptability, and cross‑functional communication, ensuring timely project delivery and operational excellence.
