Project Manager

Position Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join the Foundry Commercial team located in Nashville, Tennessee. This position would be described as an entrepreneurial seller, doer, and owner representative. The expectation is for the Project Manager to be available to the Services team to assist in the scope, schedule, and budget creation of owner representative services for the execution of real estate projects. The Project Manager works alongside the Property Management and Leasing teams to expedite, control costs, and manage project obstacles for our clients. These projects vary in scope from building capital renovations, tenant improvements and buildouts, to ground up opportunities in the office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use sectors.
