Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join one of our largest pharmaceutical clients onsite 5x/week in Rensselaer, NY. This individual will be joining the Engineering team as the main point of contact assisting in the coordination and management of several vendors for incoming capital projects. This candidate will be expected to take initiative by communicating, scheduling, managing, and tracking the progress of 10+ vendors and their documents. This individual will be expected to operate efficiently and with minimal hand-holding to ensure the various transmissions and documentation are being tracked and addressed by the correct internal FTE teams. They will be ensuring all associated engineering teams are being looped in with the proper related vendor documentation in addition to monitoring procurement status, scheduling and timeline management, transmittal management and tracking, and overseeing of documentation and reporting.
