Project Manager – Oracle HCM Cloud

10+ years of overall IT experience with strong project management experience in Oracle HCM Cloud projects.

Proven experience managing multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, and Absence Management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Experience in stakeholder management, budgeting, resource planning, and vendor coordination.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
