Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Licensed Civil Engineer with a strong background in marine and port construction to lead and manage infrastructure projects from planning to completion. The candidate has proven expertise in managing complex site operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee daily construction site activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and resource allocation
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and contract compliance
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety, and environmental regulations (PPA, DENR, LGU)
• Prepare progress reports and coordinate with clients and stakeholders
