About the role
We're hiring a Service Ops Project Manager on a 6-12 month contract to be the operational engine behind this org. This is an internal ops role. You'll inherit an active set of workflows and coordination responsibilities, and your job is to keep things running smoothly, surface friction, and ensure timely and successful delivery on our ProServ priorities.
Experience with PSA tooling is mandatory
What you'll do
- Manage and track internal PS operations projects from initiation through completion, keeping plans, status reporting, and milestones current across the team
- Lead the migration of Expert Services and Onboarding team workflows onto ClickUp, including project setup, template building, and change management for the transition
