About the job Project Manager / Scrum Master Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are highly desirable. Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a software development environment, preferably working with Python and Django frameworks. In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, such as POPIA and National Credit Regulator requirements, would be advantageous.
