Roles and Responsibilities

Set up the project objective and deliverables
Plan detailed project charter, se milestones and take the responsibility of deliverables
Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders for onboarding of users, issues in tracking
productivity, system level issues, troubleshooting etc
Prepare a scorecard for publishing the Occupancy dashboard to users
Work with BIU and Data scientists to automate dashboards
Develop review mechanism to track the performance of deliverables against the milestones
Periodic Management reporting on project status and CBA
