I- Key Duties & Responsibilities Project Management and site supervision of all jobs under your preview including cost control, manpower deployment and ensuring all jobs are completed in accordance to the terms and conditions of the contract with the employers/customers. Attending site meetings to monitor status of project and ensuring that Chubb's interest in so far it relates to the contract with customer is protected. This shall include ensuring that Minutes of meeting relating to Chubb's work is accurate. To liaise with Architects and Consultant with the ultimate aim of providing accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specification, variation claims. Procurement of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within Project's budget.
