Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the team by working side‑by‑side throughout the project from initiation through design to construction and completion.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, managing timelines, schedules, and vendor relationships to ensure no downtime.
• Prepare project specifications, timelines, tender/bid documents, vendor procurement, and weekly project reports.
• Deliver projects within established budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in project management within a consultancy, as a consultant or contractor.
• Client‑centric problem solver with a structured and organised approach.
• Strong background in interior fit‑out management, including schedule, quality, cost and risk management, negotiation, value engineering, build‑ability analysis, and design/documentation review.
