Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive network assurance plans tailored to contractual service agreements and regional maintenance strategies.
- Oversee the operational handover from initial engineering phases to long-term maintenance, directing project initiation, resource scheduling, and quality assurance.
- Serve as the primary custodian of network uptime, directing cross-functional resources during critical service outages and managing post-incident client relations.
- Collaborate with internal account teams to isolate, track, and close high-risk technical vulnerabilities before they impact live environments.
- Evaluate and formally approve complex network modification plans, maintaining accountability for implementation safety and system continuity.
- Manage high-priority technical escalations and customer grievances, coordinating directly with client leadership to deploy swift, effective resolutions.
