PROJECT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities : Oversee all awarded strategic projects in Singapore, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports to stakeholders. Evaluate master programmes and monitor work progress against planned schedules. Develop cost estimates, review progress claims, interim certificates, and issue payment responses. Identify potential or actual causes of delay and implement preventive or remedial actions. Ensure timely preparation, submission, and clearance of documents with relevant authorities. Manage project delivery: attend site meetings, maintain accurate records, enforce safety standards, monitor programme status, manage quality, and support handover to operations teams. Concurrently manage multiple projects, including new data centre builds and capital improvement projects.
