Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
Overseeing projects at one or multiple stipulated sites Manage workers, subcontractors and personnels on project sites Liaise coordinate with clients, consultant, project supervisors and sub-contractors on project related issues and to ensure project objectives are met Lead site consultation and participate in designing & for projects, tender submission etc Plan, lead and supervise upgrading works, addition and alteration works Ensure designs / drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices To attend site matters / discussions to resolve technical / site issues and progress matters Planning and co-ordinate on all fire installation works To supervise and ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications Monitor and control project schedule, materials delivery and budget etc lead a team of supervisors and workers and oversight of manpower for project execution Continuing to improve all installat...
