Project Manager – Strategic Projects. The Flutter Group Compensation team is a key part of our Group Reward function, with responsibility for advising on, developing, and managing Flutter's global job and pay architecture, frameworks for job grading and pay benchmarking, and leading on global pay equity and transparency strategy and analytics. The Project Manager – Strategic Projects shapes and drives robust project governance to ensure successful delivery of strategic compensation and reward initiatives across the Group Compensation team and broader Global Reward functions. This role provides end-to-end project management across the full project lifecycle for strategic projects and core delivery activities spanning Reward operations and technology-enabled solutions.
