**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Project Manager - SURFMEPP Fleet Support** to join our team in **Portsmouth, VA** . This is an **onsite** position.
In this critical leadership role, you will oversee a robust, matrixed team of over 100 contractor personnel across four distinct departments, directing worldwide surface combatant ship maintenance and life-cycle strategies. As the primary liaison to senior government leadership and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), you will serve as the strategic voice of the contract, briefing officials on operational health, complex metrics, and execution data to facilitate high-level decision-making.
