Full ownership of site operations, master scheduling, and construction quality control.
Requirements:
Deep expertise strictly in landed housing construction. Exceptional skills in site management, sub-contractor coordination, and milestone scheduling.
Strong familiarity with BCA regulations and the TOP/CSC process is highly preferred.
