- Manage and schedule workloads between Creative and Social teams to ensure project timelines and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate project briefs, creative development, and content delivery across teams.
- Support the producer in pre-production, shooting, and post-production processes.
- Source and manage freelance talent (e.g., designers, writers, video editors) as needed to support project needs.
- Monitor and manage creative budgets to ensure cost efficiency and proper resource allocation.
- Maintain clear communication between departments and external vendors to align project expectations.
- Track project status, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to streamline workflow.
- Handle administrative and ad hoc tasks related to production or team operations as assigned.
