We are looking for a Project Officer (at the rank of Assistant Technical Manager) to join the Faculty of Dentistry.


The Role


The appointee will support the management and development of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities and the Faculty's Global Hub for Future Dentistry (GHFD) programme. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support for the Faculty’s CPD and GHFD;

  • Organising and coordinating events such as scheduling, venue booking, participant coordination, and on-site logistics support;

  • Facilitating the coordination and promotion of innovation projects;

  • Supporting and managing the contents of applications or application programs (APPs), social media, video production, and website development and maintenance;...
