Project Officer for Interdisciplinary Research Projects

Your role

As a Project Officer in IAS (Institute for Advanced Studies), you will primarily support the management and implementation of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) COFUND project for doctoral recruitment at the University of Luxembourg’s Institute for Advanced Studies.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the flow of PhD project applications and linking candidates with potential supervisors in compliance with EU rules
• Handling high volumes of international applications, ensuring timely, accurate communication with candidates, supervisors, and internal stakeholders
• Liaising systematically with HR dpt and Doctoral Schools in order to following up on the hiring process
• Maintaining detailed records, tracking processes, and contributing to internal and external reporting
