Role Summary
The Civil Project Planning & Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all civil and allied design disciplines and planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines to ensure timely approvals, constructability, statutory compliance, and adherence to cost, quality, and safety standards.
This role acts as a link between consultants, site execution team, PMC, and management, ensuring design intent is translated accurately into execution through robust planning and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
A. Design Coordination
- Coordinate and manage structural, architectural, sustainable and MEP design consultants.
- Review drawings for constructability, value engineering and coordination across disciplines.
- Ensure timely issue of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings aligned with tender and construction schedules.
- Identify and resolve design clashes, discrepancies, and ambiguities before site execution.
