Project & Process Engineer

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Project & Process Engineer leads CAPEX projects, process improvements, equipment installations, and operational optimization initiatives across Prana’s manufacturing operations.

Role Overview

This role combines engineering project management with hands‑on process improvement and operational support to enhance safety, food quality, production efficiency, reliability, and plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and operational improvement projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders including Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and R&D.
• Manage contractors, equipment suppliers, and integrators throughout execution.
• Track project timelines, budgets, risks and operational impacts.
