Responsible as project lead for MB.OS ADAS product & project development for MB carlines in China market.

Leading and coordinating the project management for MB ADAS projects in sense of development & industrialization phase, carline rollout phase and also change management within lifecycle.

Responsible for product & project maturity status tracking towards carline SoP. Create transparency about projects scopes and timeline, be responsible for project status report, resources management and risk management, co-work with Domain regards of supplier management, maintain an efficient development project management system within the project lifecycle time
