Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to support a substantial, high‑rise RC frame in Docklands. The scheme is a large residential development, and the successful candidate will carry out all site‑based commercial activities on behalf of the frame contractor.

Responsibilities

Measurement, take‑offs, variations, valuations and applications on approximately £10m worth of work. The role involves working closely with the contractor, managing site‑based commercial activities and ensuring accurate cost controls.

Qualifications

At least five years post‑graduation experience, preferably with London RC frame or groundworks contractors.

Salary

£60k to £70k plus car (or allowance), package and bonus.
