Sales Project Executive
Position Summary
The Sales Project Executive is responsible for the end-to-end management of vessel-related projects, from the receipt of project information through successful onboard commissioning and final handover. The role requires close coordination with sales teams, customers, vessel crews, port agents, service engineers, and technical support teams to ensure timely vessel preparation, equipment delivery, commissioning, and project completion. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Coordination
Gather and review project information received from sales teams and customers, ensuring clarity on project scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
Serve as the primary coordination point between internal teams and vessel representatives throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and ensure all milestones are achieved according to schedule.
