Project Scheduler – Systems Implementation (Calgary)

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Scheduler & Deployment Planner to support a large-scale enterprise system deployment (ERP, SaaS and supply chain platforms). This role is critical in ensuring successful planning, coordination, and execution of project activities across multiple workstreams including supplier onboarding, system readiness, and go-live execution.

Location: Calgary, AB
Duration: 10-month contract
Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8 hours a day, 5 days in office

  • Develop and maintain an integrated master project schedule across all phases (deployment, onboarding, training, and hypercare)
