Job Description
- Manage project planning and scheduling to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
- Work with Project Manager and stakeholders to define scope and sequence.
- Advise Project Manager and act as primary interface with Project Controls.
- Ensure construction projects follow global procedures and standards.
- Help coordinate Lessons Learned sessions with all stakeholders.
- Consolidate Weekly and Monthly Project Reports (WPR/MPR).
- Monitor contractor schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Host weekly reviews of schedule, manpower, and productivity.
- Review contractors' progress measurement methods and reports by discipline.
- Develop overall progress charts and ensure alignment with company procedures.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report progress and trends.
- Identify risks and advise management on mitigation plans weekly/monthly.
