Mountain Ltd. is seeking a Project Supervisor to report to our Boise, ID office!
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Manage and monitor shared team email inboxes
+ Assign incoming projects and track workload distribution
+ Assist with billing, invoicing, and project tracking
+ Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and trackers in Excel
+ Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely responses
+ Track project statuses, deadlines, and deliverables
+ Help maintain organized records and documentation
+ Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed

+ Strong Organizational and multitasking skills
+ Advanced in Microsoft excel
