Responsibilities and Duties
Preparing cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimatesAssisting in procurement, tendering, and contract administrationManaging valuations, variations, and progress reportsSupporting pre- and post-contract cost management processesLiaising directly with clients, contractors, and consultantsAssisting in risk management and value engineering reviews Desired Skills and Experience
3–5 years’ experience in a cost consultancy or construction environmentExperience on both commercial and residential projects preferredStrong numerical and analytical skillsGood understanding of procurement and contract procedures
