Project Talent Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a structured and relationship-driven Project Talent Specialist to manage and further develop our external talent ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of freelance talent, including end-to-end recruitment and onboarding , while ensuring a reliable, compliant, and high-quality talent pool that supports the successful delivery of projects within Event Production and Spatial Experiences.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project talent requirements, identify and source the right freelance professionals, and ensure efficient engagement processes. As a key partner within the Project Talent function, you will contribute to workforce planning, strengthen our freelance network, and continuously enhance the quality and performance of our external talent community.
