2 days working in Roebuck Close and 2 days in Dunkirk Lane, Leyland.

Hourly rate: £13.87.

Availability: 37.5 hours and 15 hours available.

Your role

Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential.

Assess needs and update support plans.

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.

Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity.

Work with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing and encourage education and employment.

This role is sometimes also referred to as Support Worker, Support Assistant, or Independent Living Assistant.
