About the Role

We run a high-velocity performance marketing operation producing AI-generated video creatives at scale across paid social channels. We are hiring one person to own this function end to end — dedicated exclusively to AI video production and not shared across any other team or project.

This is not a traditional video editing role. The core of the work is prompt engineering — writing, testing, and iterating prompts across AI video generation platforms until output quality is consistent, on-brief, and production-ready. You will also be responsible for assembling multi-clip AI outputs into finished creatives using standard editing tools.
