• Experience in proofreading editing content QA digital content review communications or a related field.
• Excellent command of grammar punctuation style tone and plain-language writing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies across digital content.
• Experience reviewing web intranet knowledge base or digital workplace content.
• Ability to follow editorial standards QA checklists and content guidelines.
• Comfortable reviewing content in a CMS or digital publishing environment.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles WCAG 2.2 AA.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to clearly document issues and recommended fixes.
