Property Accountant

Description •Complete month-end financial packages for a portfolio of properties for review by controller
•Maintain General Ledger
•Prepare all journal entries and accruals
•Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
•Monitor/reconcile bank accounts
•Assist/prepare Quarterly and Annual financial reporting for lenders and investors
•Assist in Cam/Tax reconciliation process
•Review & maintain mortgage and depreciation schedules
•Review & maintain property tax and insurance schedules
•Support annual budgeting process and ad hoc projects
•Prepare work papers and collaborate with Auditors on annual audits
•Understand and apply GAAP and internal policies & procedures
•Collaborate on process improvements/efficiencies
•Yardi Voyager experience
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
