Opportunity Description
- Manage all administrative functions for a commercial, retail, and industrial property portfolio.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants: handling queries, maintenance requests, and lease-related correspondence.
- Coordinate lease administration including renewals, amendments, and new lease documentation.
- Process and reconcile monthly rental invoices, statements, and arrears follow-ups.
- Consult with maintenance teams, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely resolution of building-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in MDA property management software.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and monthly reporting for property owners.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, municipal requirements, and company policies.
- Support the property management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
