**Description:**
You will be the Property Analyst Sr for the MFC EO Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing asset management across multiple off‑site locations, ensuring accountability and compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulations.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Property Analyst Sr you will be responsible for driving asset‑management excellence across our dispersed facilities.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Maintain accurate inventories of all assets at off‑site locations.
+ Ensure compliance with corporate policies, customer contracts, and regulatory requirements.
+ Develop and enforce accountability controls and reporting mechanisms.
+ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
+ Support audit activities and prepare documentation for compliance reviews.
