Property and Social Media Coordinator

What youu2019ll do:
Monitoring all inquiries and comments on social media and working in collaboration with the Property Manager to provide responses.
Work with tenants on engagement projects, promotional events and updated material on all platforms.
Coordination of social media activities and postings
Review of invoices for payment processing in relation to marketing expenses
Responsible for maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other records. This may involve organizing and analyzing data, creating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsible for document preparation, formatting, proofreading, and distribution. Maintaining proper filing systems both physically and digitally for easy retrieval of information.
Conducting research on various topics relevant to the organization''s needs might be required. This could involve gathering information from different sources, summarizing findings, or preparing presentations.
