Property Appraiser - Puerto Princesa

Reporting to the Senior Appraiser (Head, PACIFT/Team Head), the Property Appraiser (PACIFT Staff) is responsible for the conduct of property valuation for the business units of the bank involving updating of appraisal (Simple Existing Accounts such as Mortgaged, Acquired and Bank-Owned), Engagement of 3rd party Appraisal Services (Scope of Works, Memos, Correspondence) and other related reports. Assists in the research and data gathering for other appraisers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Appraisal: (Updating) Conducts ocular inspection and prepares appraisal report of assets previously appraised (Existing Accounts - Mortgaged, Acquired, Bank-Owned) involving accounts classified as simple, using field identification techniques and technical descriptions from the submitted/available documents, determining their Market Value, Reproduction Cost, New, Economic Life and Estimated Remaining Economic Life of the assets based on data gathered, including research/verificat...
