As a Property Assessor, you'll be supporting the delivery of warm, dry, and safe homes across New Zealand. Reporting to the Team Leader - Property Assessment, this hands-on role is responsible for conducting residential property assessments, identifying condition-based issues, completing minor maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and building code standards. Working independently across your region, you'll draw on your experience in construction or maintenance to assess the condition of our homes, engage effectively with tenants, and contribute reliable property data that informs asset decisions.
