Property Consultant - Secondary (Luxury & HNWI)

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, focusing on secondary market luxury properties and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients. The Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of high-end resale properties, conduct viewings, and provide tailored advice to buyers and sellers in the secondary market. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining regular communication with HNWI clients, and delivering a consultative sales experience that aligns with their investment goals and lifestyle needs. The role involves preparing and presenting market analyses, negotiating offers, coordinating documentation with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end transaction process. The Property Consultant will also stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to advise clients accurately and support the company’s growth within the luxury segment.
