You will be involved in a range of claims involving water, subsidence, construction and subrogated recoveries claims. What you'll need to succeed

You should be a property damage or property and liability lawyer with 1+ year's pqe through to circa 8 years' pqe. With well rounded experience, you should be an adaptable lawyer who has gained good litigated experience. Applications are invited from litigation lawyers who are keen to retrain into this discipline.
