Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or relevant Property-related qualification.
- Registered with the PPRA.
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
- PDE 4 Certification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 10 years experience in a similar property leasing, development, or business development role.
- Proven experience negotiating and concluding commercial leasing transactions.
- Strong understanding of commercial, logistics, and industrial property markets.
- Experience managing property development-related transactions.
- Established network within the property industry.
Knowledge
- Commercial property leasing principles and practices.
- Property development processes and lifecycle.
- Real estate market dynamics and industry trends.
- Contract negotiation and lease administration.
- Property legislation and regulatory requirements.
