Join JLL's Integrated Facilities Management team as a Property Executive cum Fire Safety Manager, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless property operations across our portfolio. In this dual-function position, you'll manage repair and replacement projects, oversee defect rectification, and serve as the primary liaison between building owners, facilities management companies, contractors, and tenants. Beyond day-to-day property management, you'll champion fire safety compliance as a certified Fire Safety Manager, conducting inspections, engaging with tenants, and ensuring regulatory adherence with SCDF and our clients.
