The role

We are looking for a solicitor to assist partners and senior members of the team, as well as conducting their own work (under partner supervision) on a wide range of real estate litigation matters.

• Commercial Rent Arrears


• Contested and Uncontested Commercial Lease Renewal Applications


• Commercial Rent Review


• Residential Possession


• Residential Lease Extensions


• Trespass Matters


• Easement Disputes


• Right of First Refusal


• Property Ownership Disputes


• Service Charge Disputes


• Commercial Property Disputes


• Vesting Orders
